At no fault to their own the movers were initially running behind our start time. This was updated to us in real time and communication speaks volumes to me in terms of customer service. Although it wasn't their fault, they were apologetic about being late and reduced our spend and offered a 10% discount on top of that! WOW! Talk about taking care of your customer. "These guys made our moving process so easy. Emily is a rockstar! They were so flexible even though we had to reschedule our move several times due to delays in our closing process for our new home. They were very careful with all of our belongings and we made sure to mark items that needed extra attention as they were very important and in a lot of cases fragile. They were super great to work with. They even cleaned up our old place and tidied up the new place before and after we were out. I almost forgot the best part. they were significantly cheaper than when we had move previously with Two Men and a Truck. While Two Men and a Truck did a great job these guys did a great job and were able to help save us money. If I could give six stars, believe me I would!"
